Account Deletion Request
If you want to delete your ZenG-Englearn account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion.
To request deletion, please contact us using the contact method provided in the ZenG-Englearn application or website and include the email address associated with your account.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete personal information associated with your account where applicable, including:
- Account and authentication information.
- Profile information associated with the account.
- Learning-related account data.
- Other personal information associated with the account where applicable.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period when required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after the request is received and verified.
Important
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Once the deletion process is completed, your account and associated personal data may not be recoverable.
